Yummy!

I haven't posted a recipe in awhile so here's a good one.  It's called Spicy Sausage Pasta and it is so good and easy.  It's easy because you don't have to pre-cook the pasta (wonderful!).  I used mild Ro-tel and mini ruffly egg noodles (Scott likes those better).  I also don't stick it in the oven, I just sprinkle extra cheese over the top and let it melt in the pan on the stove.  Scott and I LOVE this recipe.  The boys not so much, but that just means we get some for lunch the next day!
